How it Works?

For best results, mix with water or semi-skimmed milk within 30 minutes of training. If possible, consume a further serving within 2 hours after training to maximise your protein intake during the anabolic window.

Direction of Use

Mix 1 scoop of approximately 39g with 250ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Take two servings per day.
